When you take a franchise from FrancoLease, we give you the right to run a business under our brand. You’ll pay a franchise fee and follow our business standards. We’ll help you get started and support you regularly. You’ll operate in a specific area, and your agreement will have a time limit. Either of us can end the agreement if the rules aren’t followed.
We offer expert advice to help you start or grow your business. This includes planning, market advice, and operations guidance. You’ll pay a consultation fee agreed upon before we begin. Everything we discuss or share will stay private and confidential.
We help businesses lease property or equipment. The lease will clearly state how long it lasts, how much rent is, and who is responsible for maintenance. You may also need to get insurance. Either party can end the lease under certain conditions written in the lease document.
Our name, logo, and other brand materials belong to us. If you’re a franchisee or leaseholder, you can only use them the way we say is okay. You can’t copy or change them without permission.
We promise to keep your information safe, and we expect you to do the same with anything we share with you. This includes business plans, strategies, and other private information.
If there’s ever a serious disagreement between you and FrancoLease, we will try to solve it through arbitration. This means a neutral person will help make a fair decision. The process will follow Indian law, and the location for resolving disputes will be decided in advance.
All our services follow the laws of India. If there’s a legal issue, Indian law will be used to settle it.
